Delete your Reeasy account

After verification and review, access is permanently disabled, direct profile and authentication information is erased, and active sessions, refresh tokens, and registered push devices are revoked.

The database account row is soft deleted rather than physically removed so transaction and contract relationships remain intact. Reeasy may retain transaction, contract, legal, dispute, safety, fraud-prevention, deletion-request, audit, and compliance records where required or reasonably necessary.

Moving a document, chat, or transaction to a recoverable Deleted folder is not permanent erasure. Shared records needed by other participants, recipient-held copies, and records subject to legal holds may remain after account closure.
