Reeasy Privacy Policy

We collect account and contact details, profile information, listings and uploaded media, messages, offers, visits, transaction records, support requests, and trust-and-safety reports.

We also process device and push-registration information, approximate or precise foreground location when you choose location features, and technical diagnostics needed to secure and operate the service.

We use information to provide nearby discovery, listings, conversations, offers, appointments, navigation, relevant advertising, support, account security, fraud prevention, and transaction-room coordination.

We also use information to enforce our rules, investigate reports and disputes, comply with law, and protect Reeasy, our users, and the public.

Information is shared with service providers that host and operate Reeasy, with marketplace or transaction participants you choose to interact with, and when required for safety, fraud prevention, legal process, or compliance.

Messages, documents, listings, and transaction information are visible according to the feature and access choices shown in the product. Never upload information you are not authorized to share.

Reeasy requests location while the app is in use for nearby listings, listing addresses, and drive-to navigation. Reeasy does not request background location permission. You can change permissions in your device settings.

The in-app and web “Delete Account” actions submit a verified request to deactivate the account. When completed, sign-in is disabled and active sessions, refresh tokens, and registered push devices are revoked.

The database account record is not physically deleted. Transaction, contract, legal, dispute, trust-and-safety, fraud-prevention, audit, and compliance records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary. Other information is retained according to operational and legal needs.

You can update profile information, control device permissions, report or block users, and submit an account deactivation request in the app or from our account deletion page.
